Wanted to drop you a line to let you know how thrilled we were with the team on Saturday evening at our party!  They were so very lovely, not complaining about the awful weather, so friendly, professional and the food was stunning.  I have had so many compliments on the paella – will clearly be recommending you to anyone who asks!

I just wanted to say a big thank you for coming to cook for us on Saturday evening. It was the most delicious paella and we all thoroughly enjoyed it, as you could probably tell from the clean plates!

Thank you for cooking it at our home and for explaining all the steps. We were very impressed by your knowledge and your friendliness. We also enjoyed hearing your stories and how you became the Paella Fella. I’m sure I couldn’t do such a good job of cooking as you despite the demo so I am looking forward to the delivery service!!

We chose paella and tapas because we love the style of food and felt the tapas would help provide a great social element and it was a great choice. We went for a tasting session with Paella Fella and were extremely impressed by the quality of the food. In the lead up to the wedding, the team were great at providing advice on food choices and how to serve it, then they were very professional on the day too. The food received so many compliments from our guests in terms of the way it was served and how great it all tasted. Thank you, Paella Fella, for helping make our day amazing.

Once again I am happy to heap praise on Paella Fella for making our party. We had so many compliments about the food from our guests that I am sure it has helped to raise PF’s profile and may lead to further business. The weather might not have been brilliant but the food certainly was.

Of course we cannot praise dear Bertie and Anna enough. They both really looked after us and we wanted for nothing.

We are looking forward to using Paella Fella again in 2019. Cross fingers!
