Paella Fella Testimonials

I wanted to write and say an enormous thank you from both Tim and myself for all your hard work on Saturday. The food was delicious – everyone has said how good the paella was and especially the hot tapas Even my hard to impress Spanish friend Ana was won over. (I would like the paella recipe but not sure if you are allowed to give that away?!) You recovered amazingly calmly from the deluge of rain an hour a half before kick off – no-one would have known. The boys managed the bar incredibly well – special mention for Jack who kept the guests at the bottom of the garden well supplied. You then melted away leaving my fridge with food for the next day and whitebait in the freezer. We had a great evening and I felt sad I didn’t really say good bye properly.

I would whole heartedly recommend you to anyone who wants the stress taking out of a party

A MASSIVE thank you to Olivia and her team on the night…they were all fantastic…honestly I think I have had every single person comment on how great the food was and how friendly, attentive and professional they all were.
Sorry……I have forgotten the name of the other girl who helped but she was incredible…serving all the sangria and generally being there to do all the little tasks that go to make a great party..!

We will certainly be using you guys again and will be recommending you to anyone that needs catering at a party.

What to say? It was a wonderful evening, due in no small part to the magnificent Paella Fella team. It goes without saying that the food was delicious and the paella truly awesome. The Spanish contingents were most impressed! The totally professional, efficient and friendly team worked their socks off and what a charming, helpful and delightful bunch of folk they were. Their communication skills were exceptional and Alex felt that everything was under complete control the whole evening in a relaxed and warm way. We really cannot thank you all enough and everyone is still talking about it today! Everyone was amazing and it seems churlish to mention anyone in particular, but the young people who stayed on to serve on the bar were incredible and went beyond the call of duty. The final thank you goes to both of you. From the moment Alex first made contact until the final details you have both been so kind and supportive….making the whole affair run like clockwork and seemingly effortless. This we know is really the result of total professionalism and awesome administrative skills. Thank you so very much. We shall be singing the praises of your company far and wide!!
