On arrival
We provide the usual drinks but alongside a light tapas buffet of food to fuel the delegates – we are caterers after all and want people to taste and enjoy our food.

Briefing
We provide a briefing of the task in hand whilst everyone is eating their breakfast or lunch. We outline the rules and objectives for the day giving a safety briefing on knife handling – how to prepare whole chicken as well as all-important hygiene standards.

Once everyone is fed and briefed the task may begin itself

The Task
Our aim is to keep it as simple and easy as possible – You can make it as competitive or as collaborative as you like – we have the flexibility to adapt and adjust elements to amplify a particular objective or outcome. Please let us know if you have any particular outcomes or objectives you would like to test for.

Judging
When it comes to judging – everyone gets to taste the results and take some home with them.

We have a number of venues we work with around London and the South East Region just let us know your requirements.

We are happy to work at a venue of your choice; the location will need to have a meeting room and kitchen facility that is open for use by external caterers as well as an outdoor area suitable for cooking paella.

Don’t worry about the weather, we cook under cover and it all adds to the fun!
